Listed prices and prices on the website are sales prices.
Listed prices are valid until any update or change.
Periodical prices are valid until the end of designated date.
However, in case of incorrect prices written by mistake, and price difference due to untimely notification of supplier, updated prices provided by www.kefirdanem.com to customer are valid.
In case of such mistakes, if more than product prices were collected, this difference is returned.
If real price of the product is different than list price, buyer is notified about the real price.
Sales is completed based on this real price or sales is cancelled based on demand of customer.
PAYMENT METHOD:
Payments can be made with credit card or as bank wire.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS:
Products are delivered to address specified by buyer. If Buyer demands for delivery to someone else in his/her address or to a different address, delivery is completed according to this demand. Seller is responsible from delivery costs. Delivery of products is completed by shipment firms. Consumer should inspect the products before receiving and should not receive damages cargo or products. Buyer acknowledges and accepts that products are intact and undamaged when buyer receives products from shipment company. Buyers is responsible for inspecting the products before receiving. Seller must have signed copy of distant sales agreement for delivery of ordered good and paid by Buyer with payment method preferred by Buyer. If good/service fee is unpaid for any reasons or bank records are cancelled, Seller is deemed to have completed delivery liabilities.
ARTICLE 14 – THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Buyer can use right of withdrawal within 7 (days) after products in this agreement are delivered to buyer or authorized person in relate address. To benefit from right of withdrawal, Buyer must notify Seller via e-mail or phone within designated timeframe and as integral part of this agreement and based on foreknowledge published on www.kefirdanem.com, product packages must be intact and products must not be used. If this right will be used, original delivery invoice provided to 3rd party or Buyer must be returned. When right of withdrawal notification is received by Seller, related product sales fee is returned to Buyer within 7 days and related products are returned within 20 (twenty) days. If original invoice is not returned, Buyer cannot receive VAT and fees due to other legal liabilities. Delivery fee returned under right of withdrawal are compensated by Seller.
