One glass (200ml) of kefir produced from Sevdanem plant based kefir starter approximately have 100 million various types of beneficial lactic acid bacteria.

Preparation Recommendation:
Add content of 1 pack inside 500 milliliter of plant based milk at 30˚C.
Plant based milks can be coconut milk, almond milk or rice milk.
All ingredients are mixed well and left for 30-32 hours to ferment.
At the end of fermentation, kefir is mixed and consumed after cooling in fridge.
